How is this different from physical therapy, chiropractic care, or posture correctors?
Those approaches can offer temporary relief, but they don’t address the root cause: your movement patterns and muscle imbalances.
My coaching focuses on retraining your body from the ground up through personalized movement, strength, mobility, and nervous system work.
This isn’t a band-aid fix, it’s a strategy that creates lasting change.
Do I need to have any workout experience to do this?
Nope. Many of my clients start as beginners. Some are looking for extra support as fitness enthusiasts.
I meet you exactly where you are and build a customized plan around your current abilities, schedule, and pain level.
You’ll learn proper movement patterns step-by-step and build strength safely, no matter your starting point.
What if I have a busy schedule?
This program is designed for real life.
I create your plan based on your actual availability, not an unrealistic “ideal.” Even 10–20 minutes a day can create meaningful progress when it’s the right plan.
We’ll also work together to build posture habits that fit into your existing routine so it’s sustainable, not overwhelming.
What if I’ve already tried other things and nothing worked?
You’ll work directly with me throughout your entire program.
That means personalized coaching, regular check-ins, ongoing adjustments to your plan, and mindset guidance to keep you consistent.
This is true 1:1 coaching. You’re not on your own.
What happens during the pre-coaching week?
This is your foundation week.
We’ll do movement assessments, address any immediate mobility or pain limitations, and set up your program structure.
This ensures that when your official coaching starts, we’re already hitting the ground running.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients begin to feel noticeable relief within the first few weeks — less tension, more mobility, and improved awareness of their posture.

What equipment will I need?
Most of my clients start with simple tools: a mat, foam roller, trigger point balls, and resistance bands. Exact links can be provided if you're wanting to invest in easy equipment to use at home.
If you train in a gym or have access to more equipment, we’ll build your plan accordingly but it’s not required to get results.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you complete your checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email with your next steps.
We’ll schedule your pre-coaching week, do your assessment, and map out your personalized plan.
From there, your transformation begins.
Do you offer refunds or guarantee specific results?
Because this is personalized coaching, refunds are not offered once coaching begins. What I do offer is a 7-day Clarity Guarantee (read above). After onboarding, we commit fully to your transformation together.
