  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Billing and payment information

  • Completed onboarding forms

  • Posture assessment photos and videos

  • Training videos you upload for feedback

  • Notes or information shared through the coaching app

  • Health history, goals, injuries, surgeries, or limitations you choose to disclose

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

When using the coaching app or online portal, we may collect:

  • Device type

  • IP address

  • Usage data

  • Browser information

  • App activity (for example: viewed workouts, completed routines, messages sent)

1.3 Payment Information

Payment details are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for legitimate business and coaching purposes, including:

  • Creating and managing your coaching account

  • Designing your personalized exercise program

  • Reviewing posture assessments and uploaded videos

  • Communicating with you about your progress

  • Providing check-ins, accountability, and feedback

  • Processing payments and administering your subscription

  • Sending program-related emails, reminders, or updates

  • Improving the coaching system, app, and user experience

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We only share information when necessary and in limited ways.

  • Coaching app developers

4.1 Coaching Use Only

Any photos, videos, or assessments you submit are used exclusively for:

  • Feedback and form correction

4.2 No Public Use Without Consent

We will never use your photos, videos, or likeness for marketing without your express written permission.

4.3 Uploaded Content Visibility

Any content uploaded inside your private coaching app is visible only to you and the coaching team.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as needed to provide your Program.

  • Program data remains active for the duration of your 12, 24, or 48 week coaching term.

  • After your program ends, you may request deletion of your assessments or uploaded content.

  • Certain information may be retained as required by business, tax, or legal obligations.

6. Security

We use industry standard safeguards to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

  • Access to the personal information we have about you

  • Correction of inaccurate information

  • Deletion of certain personal data

  • A copy of your data

  • Stopping marketing emails

8. Age Requirement

The Program is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The Effective Date will show the most recent revision. Continued use of the Program means you accept any updated terms.
