What is the Posture Alignment Academy monthly subscription?
The Posture Alignment Academy is a program that consists of step-by-step routines designed to fix posture and eliminate pain. In it, you will learn how to connect back with your body to bring it into proper alignment for your best posture yet.
All new members begin with getting their posture virtually assessed by Coach Jenn and then will be advised programs to follow inside the membership.
How does Membership billing work?
All new memberships begin with your own account in which you have full control.
Your payment will be processed on the day the purchase is made. You can expect to see the charge on your payment method, no later than one day after purchase. You can manage your Membership and payment method on your Dashboard.
Monthly Memberships are billed every 30 days and Annual Memberships are billed every 365 days.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes.
To cancel online:
Log in to your account and click on Dashboard.
From the dashboard, click on the āBillingā option.
Scroll down. Locate your Active Plan and click on āChange Planā.
Click āCancel Membershipā below your active plan.
When the pop-up appears, click on āYes, Iām sureā.
Once youāve completed these steps, the subscription will be officially canceled, and you will not be charged for the subscription in the future. You'll still have access to the Alignment Academy until the end of your term.
Are refunds available?
There are no refunds available unless there was an error on our end.
If you want to cancel your subscription before getting charged you must cancel at least 24 hours before your term ends.
