How long are the routines?

They range from 5-15 minutes in length.

What equipment do I need?

Mat, foam roller, resistance bands set, mini-bands, and a lacrosse or trigger-point ball. I show substitutions.

Is this okay for beginners?

Absolutely. We begin with Level 1 moves and progress to Level 2 and then Level 3. Each week is curated to challenge you as you get stronger and your posture improves.

What if I miss a day?

Watch the replay and keep moving—consistency beats perfection.

Do I need to be a member?

Yes. This challenge/program is available for active members of the Posture Alignment Academy membership.

How do I access my account?

To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address. You can request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password or you can enter your password without requesting a sign-in link.
